The Indonesia Circular Fashion Incubator acts in the role

of an accelerator program to support Indonesian

future pioneers with their transition to more

sustainable and circular fashion.

Together we can accelerate towards a more sustainable

and circular fashion industry.

Our aim is to support Indonesian young designers (with

up to max. 3 years of professional experience) as the

future leaders of our fashion industry by providing you

with knowledge and investment to either start or further

build your own sustainable fashion brand.

THESE ARE THE CATEGORIES

For the submitted fashion collections, at least one of the following design strategies needs to be incorporated:

BUILD YOUR BRAND WITH US

Submit your pitch until the 16th of October 2022.

The 15 best submitted design concepts will

continue into the second round in which

3 out of 10 outfits will be transformed into

real garments and business concepts.

A total value of IDR 450,000,000 of production

costs will be covered by Hollit International

as an investment starter for the top 3 winners.

webinars with expert speakers on following topics:

Materials and Smart, Sustainable Design

3. Reversible Supply Chains & Circular Business

Opportunities

4. Pricing, Costing, & Production Planning

PITCHING

The 15 selected participants will pitch their design

concepts sustainable business model canvas,

and documentation during the final virtual

pitching day.

EXHIBITION

All 15 participants will have their collections

showcase at a venue in Jakarta (TBA)

for the exhibition and award ceremony.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Currently Residing in Indonesia

2. Have max 3 years of professional fashion design experience at the time of application

3. New brand owners with max 3 years in business

4. Fashion/ textile students or post-graduates

5. Can register either as individuals or as a team

of max. 2 persons*

*For candidates participating in tearms of 2, for the

awarding process, they will be regarded as a single unit.

SUBMISSION

1. Picture proof of Indonesian Residency (currently residing in Indonesia)

2. Picture of Student Identity Card and Transcript or Graduation Certificate (no longer than 3 years

since graduation date)

3. CV & Portfolio

4. Sustainability essay (with max. 500 words, in English), consisting of:

a. What is your current state of knowledge on sustainable and circular fashion?

b. What makes you eager in learning more about

the concept of sustainable and circular fashion?

c. What makes you interested in joining the Indonesia Circular Fashion Incubator?

5. Create a preliminary design and business concept for a sustainable and circular fashion collection pitch deck with min. 3 outfit sketches, your business idea, your target market, design category as provided in the guidebook, a mood board, etc.
